  • User-Generated Content: Event dates, counter titles, relationship milestones, notes, and avatar images that you upload or input directly into the app.
  • Device & Diagnostic Data: Basic app performance data, crash logs, and device identifiers collected automatically to maintain app stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

  • Store and synchronize your relationship milestones and countdowns across your devices.
  • Authenticate your identity and secure your saved records.
  • Maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the application.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services provided by Google to run backend operations:

  • Google Firebase (Authentication & Cloud Firestore): Used for user authentication and secure cloud database storage. Firebase processes data according to Google Privacy Policy.
  • Google Play Services: Used for app integrity, core functionality, and analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties.

4. Data Retention and Deletion (User Rights)

  • Retention: We retain your event data and account info as long as you maintain an active account on the app.
  • Data Deletion: You have full control over your data. You can edit or delete individual milestones and counters at any time within the app. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data, you can submit a deletion request via our support email: [email protected]. All associated records will be permanently removed from our Firestore database within 30 days.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.
